PG Bison — Inspire and enable Beautiful Living Spaces
PG Bison asked me to visit the factories, film product in application, and mostly speak to people across the organisation about what it means to work there. I wrote the questions, did the interviews, shot it and cut it.

Challenge & solution
The edit follows the story as the staff told it: who they are, where they work, how they work, and what comes off the line. I didn’t arrive with a narrative. I arrived with a set of questions, and the film is whatever honest answer those questions produced once I sat down to cut.
That’s the risk of this kind of job. You don’t know what you’re going to get until you have it. I like that. A montage of people who actually work there will always beat a voiceover about culture, and this one is theirs.
