PG Bison, Introducing the Season Tour
PG Bison introduce a new Gallery range every couple of years, and this one launched on tour. The concept mirrors a lifestyle and pairs it with the product. It was shot on a fake beach and the rest of the world was composited in behind it. I produced, edited and did the motion graphics.

Challenge & solution
The idea was to put the product inside a life rather than next to one, which meant building the life. We shot on a fake beach and the rest of it went in behind — which is a lot of compositing for twenty-three seconds, and the sort of thing that either disappears completely or ruins the whole film. There’s no middle result.
PG Bison are my longest-standing direct client and there’s no agency between us, so on a job like this I’m producing, cutting and doing the graphics in the same week. That’s the part I like about working with them: the whole thing stays in one pair of hands, and the film comes out the other side looking like it was planned rather than assembled.
