Challenge & solution
The film follows the visitors around the plant. I cut it to the beats so the available footage actually moves. It’s a corporate record of a political day, and it had to feel like one without becoming a news package. Fast, clear, and a little more exciting than the rushes were on their own.
I enjoyed making it. Being in the chain of a film that sits next to a movement like that matters to me, even when the job on paper is only the edit.
